AutiHD x BeamReach Inclusion: free webinar on neurodiversity in the workplace
AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, partnered with BeamReach Inclusion to deliver a free webinar titled "Neurodiversity in the Workplace: ADHD and Autism," hosted on 24 July 2024. As part of its mission to support neurodivergent people through both technology and education, AutiHD also works with employers to promote greater awareness and more inclusive workplaces. The event was co-hosted by Joël Schmit (CEO, AutiHD) and Olla Jongerius (Founder, BeamReach Inclusion).
The webinar addressed practical frameworks for understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals at work, covering: the definitions of neurodiversity, ADHD, and autism; the differences between neurodivergent and neurotypical experiences; why organisations benefit from embracing neurodiversity; the specific strengths and challenges of ADHD and autism in professional contexts; strategies for building neuro-inclusive teams; and how neurodivergent employees can communicate their needs to managers effectively.
The session drew a full house and generated a genuinely engaged audience. The webinar represents AutiHD's commitment to building accessible, employer-focused education around neurodiversity–not just selling tools, but creating the broader shift in awareness that makes workplaces safer and more effective for neurodivergent talent. BeamReach Inclusion shares this mission, making the partnership a natural fit.
