AutiHD delivers neurodiversity workshop at BlackRock Luxembourg – streamed to UK team
AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, delivered a neurodiversity awareness workshop at BlackRock's Luxembourg office, with the session simultaneously shared to more than 50 members of their team in the United Kingdom. As part of its mission to support neurodivergent people through both technology and education, AutiHD also partners with organisations to build greater awareness and more inclusive workplaces. The dual-location format underscored the transnational relevance of the topic–neurodivergent inclusion is not a local or cultural issue, but a global workplace priority for companies operating across markets.
The workshop followed AutiHD's signature approach: grounding neurodivergence in real, personal experience before presenting frameworks and strategies. Joël Schmit reflected on the particular weight of these conversations in a financial services context: "Talking about neurodivergence isn't always easy. It's deeply personal. Yes, I love sharing my strengths, but I think it's even more important to talk about the struggles. Life with a neurodivergence can be incredibly hard, especially when workplaces aren't inclusive."
The session received a warm and thoughtful reception.
