AutiHD selected for Fit4Start #16 – one of five HealthTech finalists from 495 applications
AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, has been selected as one of 20 startups – and one of five HealthTech finalists – for Fit4Start #16, Luxembourg's national startup acceleration programme managed by Luxinnovation. As the company continues its mission to build AI-powered planning and stress support for neurodivergent people, the programme will provide valuable coaching, medical expertise, and funding to help accelerate its growth. The announcement was made at Luxembourg Venture Days.
AutiHD competed against a record 495 applications from 61 countries, pitching at the Venture Days and making it into the final five in the HealthTech category. Fellow HealthTech finalists included CalorAI (Luxembourg), Hale-X (Luxembourg), Lihoury Technology (Luxembourg), and Sendance (Austria). The three verticals covered in Fit4Start #16 were Digital, HealthTech, and Space.
For CEO Joël Schmit, the selection carried deep personal significance: "As an autistic person with ADHD who spent his whole life trying to find some support and appreciation, this is more than I ever dreamed of for myself." Beyond the emotional meaning, the programme provides medical expertise, coaching, and up to €150,000 in funding – critical resources to advance Mindory and support the much-needed research on stress biomarkers.
The selection also brought an unexpected moment: Minister Lex Delles announced his intention to visit AutiHD's office to talk about the startup directly. Joël acknowledged the uniqueness of this kind of access in Luxembourg's small but highly connected ecosystem, calling it a place "where everybody can see the progress" from the very beginning.
