AutiHD delivers ADHD & autism workplace workshop at HSBC Luxembourg
AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, delivered a workshop on autism and ADHD in the workplace at HSBC Luxembourg, continuing the startup's growing B2B engagement with major international financial institutions. As part of its mission to support neurodivergent people through both technology and education, AutiHD also partners with organisations to build greater awareness and more inclusive workplaces. The session generated a strong turnout and produced what Joël Schmit described as "so many thoughtful questions we could address at the end."
The workshop covered the practical realities of neurodivergence in professional environments – not just definitions and statistics, but the daily experience of being neurodivergent in a workplace designed primarily for neurotypical workers. Special thanks were extended to Claude Quintus at HSBC for the warm welcome. The session received an enthusiastic response, and HSBC's initiative to provide this kind of education internally reflects a growing recognition that neurodivergent inclusion is an organisational imperative, not a nice-to-have.
AutiHD's B2B offering for companies covers five key service areas: neurodiversity awareness workshops that create genuine understanding; assessment and audit of current workplace conditions for neurodivergent employees; and practical tools and resources to help teams work more effectively together.
