400 People, Two Sessions: Talking Neuroinclusion at Infineon Diversity Days

400 People. Two Sessions. One Conversation That Needs to Keep Happening.

May 2026 · Infineon Diversity Days

AutiHD was invited to speak at Infineon Technologies’ Diversity Days 2026, delivering two sessions on autism and ADHD in the workplace to an audience of over 400 employees.

The sessions were part of a full-day programme covering gender allyship, LGBTQI+ inclusion, parenting at work, and AI ethics. Neurodiversity had a place on the main stage.

Autism and ADHD in the workplace

Each session brought together more than 200 participants for an interactive workshop format, with open discussion, lived experience from our facilitator, and practical frameworks for supporting neurodivergent colleagues at work.

Participants engaged with questions and shared experiences many had not previously voiced in a professional setting.

Neuroinclusion as part of psychologically safe teams

This collaboration reflects a broader shift in how leading European employers are approaching neuroinclusion, not as a compliance topic, but as a core part of building high-performing, psychologically safe teams.

Why this conversation needs to keep happening

For many people with autism, ADHD or other executive-function challenges, support at work often starts with understanding. It means creating space for different ways of thinking, communicating, focusing and managing stress.

Conversations like this help move neuroinclusion from awareness into practice. They give teams a shared language, practical tools and a clearer understanding of what support can look like in everyday work.
