Ksenia Golubeva featured in Tageblatt Lëtzebuerg on International Women's Day

On 8 March 2026, Ksenia Golubeva, co-founder and CBDO of AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, was featured in Tageblatt Lëtzebuerg as part of a special edition spotlighting Luxembourg's female startup founders. As AutiHD continues its mission to build AI-powered planning and stress support for neurodivergent people, the feature also highlighted the growing role of women shaping Luxembourg's startup ecosystem. The piece, which included Ksenia alongside two other founders, explored the realities of building a company in Luxembourg as a woman – and what the ecosystem is getting right.

Ksenia reflected on what building AutiHD in Luxembourg has meant to her: "I am proud to build my company in Luxembourg. The entrepreneurial ecosystem here is supportive, dynamic and full of people who really want to see others succeed." She highlighted the strength of the women she has met through the journey–founders who are fearless, determined, and driving the ecosystem forward.

She also used the occasion to raise a structural point: there are not yet enough women in venture capital. When women are better represented as investors, she argued, more capital flows to female-founded and female-led startups. Closing the gender funding gap requires change not just in entrepreneurship, but in the rooms where investment decisions are made.

Ksenia brings 13 years of experience in VC and startup ecosystems to AutiHD, which she co-founded with Joël Schmit and Aleksandr Fedorov. As a twice-immigrant building a company in Luxembourg, her presence in Tageblatt reflects both personal and professional milestones.
