Ksenia Golubeva named a STEM role model by WeSTEM+ at the GirlsInSciTech launch

Ksenia Golubeva, co-founder of AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, was recognised by WeSTEM+ as one of Luxembourg's inspiring female role models in STEM, as part of the launch event of GirlsInSciTech – an initiative co-organised by the University of Luxembourg and its Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine. As AutiHD continues its mission to build AI-powered planning and stress support for neurodivergent people, the recognition also reflects the company's commitment to fostering innovation through diverse perspectives and inclusive leadership.

WeSTEM+ highlighted Ksenia alongside a select group of women from Luxembourg's science and technology sector who are actively working to break barriers and inspire the next generation. The recognition reflects both her professional background – 13 years in venture capital and startup ecosystems – and her work as a female founder building a tech-driven healthtech company in Luxembourg.

For AutiHD, the recognition connects two of the company's core values: building technology that genuinely includes everyone, and doing so from a founding team that reflects the diversity of the people it serves.
