Martin Russell joins AutiHD as angel investor and strategic advisor
AutiHD, the startup developing the Mindory app, has welcomed Martin Russell as an angel investor and strategic advisor, a significant addition to the team as the startup moves into its commercial scaling phase. As AutiHD continues its mission to build AI-powered planning and stress support for neurodivergent people, Russell's decades of experience will help guide the company's growth and long-term strategy. Russell brings over 30 years of international experience spanning finance, IT systems, and startup growth, having held corporate leadership roles at UBS, STOXX, and Deutsche Börse, where he specialised in financial data systems and strategic IT transformations.
His involvement with early-stage technology is extensive: he is currently invested in and actively advising eight early-stage technology companies across MedTech, EdTech, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, and Clean Water. He is also a co-founder of ventures in fintech and the arts. For founders at AutiHD, Russell's background in governance, fundraising strategy, and scaling brings practical expertise that directly addresses where the company is headed.
"I am excited to join AutiHD as an advisor and investor on the journey of helping and supporting neurodivergent individuals to unlock their considerable potential,” - said Martin.
The addition of a seasoned international investor and advisor from the financial services sector strengthens AutiHD's credibility with European institutional partners and future funding rounds.
